...when out of nowhere comes this other bird kid...

Guys-
Ok, so I'm circling this giant marshmallow in Bloomington, Minnesota, and wondering what it is when out of nowhere - BOOM! - comes this other bird kid. Not Sting, no. But this random dude. And a girl. The guy just kind of blushes and waves, but the girl goes into this monotonous speech. Like, droning on and on. So here's what she says:

"Greetings, fellow avian-human. I hope you are well. My name is Hayli, and my colleague's name is Aadien. We are patrols of the Great Rebellion, quadrant 5, division 7. Are you a runaway of any one of the Schools or Institutes? We would like to assist."

I did what most of you guys would probably do. I stared at her. I just hovered there and stared. Because here I am, flying around, and all of a sudden there's two freaking avian-humans right there! Then this Aadien kid reaches out and grabs my arm. And I just give my wings a little flap to keep aloft and stare, while they steer me to this place.

This amazing, secret, place that I can't say anything about to you besides the fact that it's a place, and I'm here. It's not even in Minnesota, but it's so cool. Sting isn't here, which is what I thought of when I came first, but it's great. Turtle and Ray are being memory-tested right now to make sure they aren't impostors or anything.

Which is strangely fine with me. Usually I'd be spazzing about it, insisting they let my family in, but I'm not. I'm just here at the computer, listening to Hayli talk to me... well, not really listening but hearing her anyway.

But don't worry, because I know they're on my side. There was a group of canine-humans that left right after I came. They were really hurt before and now they're really strong. They're half-coyote, I think, but they escaped the "kill-kill-kill" nerves that come with the DNA. So they're good people.

Anyway... I can't tell you anything else.
